Seminars

A series of seminars will be organized at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna aiming to provide students, especially Ph.D. students, with the legal instrument to comprehend the most relevant issues concerning the rights of migrant children under the perspective of EU Law. Seminars will introduce and analyse some key concepts of immigration and asylum law in EU and they will be based on three main topics:

- “Migration, Asylum and rights of migrant children in European Union law”

- “Reshaping rights of minor and citizenship in the European Court of Justice case-law”

- “The rights of migrant children in practice”
